Technology in our shop speaks to the use of the latest equipment and integration of processes to assure we provide defect free product to our customers. This begins with accurate engineering and field information from our customers, which is the basis for the detailing and modeling process. We create full-scale three-dimensional computer models of the structure to assure proper connection design and field fit-up. An accurate model is the basis for the entire fabrication process. From the model, we get a complete bill of material, drawings, and numerical control files used throughout the shop. At every step in the process, we use computers to increase the speed and accuracy of communication and fabrication. Drawings are essential to verify the weldment is made to the specification. Workmanship is the individual pride of each team member demonstrating their skills and training.
